Your orders are our priority and there are times that we have postal delays in certain regions and during some holidays. Our items are made to order so we do not offer refunds or accept cancelations. If an item arrives defective please let us know and we ill work to get it replaced in a timely manner. 

We are preparing your order for shipment. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. Our products are made to order and it takes 5 to 9 business days to fulfill and ship your order.

If you have any quality or shipping issues please give us an opportunity to resolve the issue for you prior to submitting a review.
